• Quotations: Any quotes generated via our online RFQ (Request for Quote) cart or calculators are estimates. A binding commercial agreement is only formed upon the execution of a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract signed by both parties.
• OEM/ODM Services: Custom tooling, private labeling, and customized packaging services are subject to specific separate agreements negotiated with our engineering team.

4. Limitation of Liability
