The Jiushi Business Building is located at No. 213 Sichuan Middle Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai. It consists of a main building and an auxiliary building, standing tall in the Bund CBD area. With the Huangpu River to the east, the middle and high areas provide stunning views of the beautiful scenery of the Huangpu River, the Bund, and Pudong Lujiazui. The building is situated in the central business district of the Bund, housing companies such as Shanghai Securities, Johnson & Johnson Group, East China Architectural Design and Research Institute, and various countries' visa application centers.
Due to prolonged exposure to sunlight, the roof of the main building of Jiushi Business Building needs maintenance and repair. The Taurus TA-A pedestal, with an adjustment height range of 180-270mm, was purchased by the construction team. A total of 2860 sets were used for roof insulation and suspension. The bottom part, when combined with a waterproof layer, can effectively solve problems such as roof leakage, seepage, and cracking. In addition, the platform built using our pedestals can also provide a leisurely and scenic environment for employees' daily work.
